These terms govern your use of the Meridian desktop app and meridiona.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Meridiona ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The app
Meridian is provided under the MIT License — the source code is public and you're free to use, modify, and redistribute it under that license's terms. See the LICENSE file on GitHub for the exact terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, to reverse-engineer it for the purpose of harming users, or to interfere with its normal operation (including the meridiona.com website or its download infrastructure).
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridiona will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Third-party integrations
If you connect Meridian to a third-party project-management tool (Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects, Azure DevOps, Trello), your use of that tool remains subject to its own terms — we are not a party to that relationship.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
